2 factors authentification - impossible -

Hello,

 

To upload my bills for an expense, I have to use the 'SAP Concurr' app to take a photo of the invoice (note that it would have been simpler to just scan the invoice).

When launching the app, I am asked to activate a 2 factors authentification (note that I just want to take a photo of my invoice, not sure that having so much security is useful).

Once I have typed my email + Pasword, I am informed that I will receive an email to activate the 2 factors authentifiaction

In the email that I have received there is a link for the 2 factors authentification, once I have activated the link, I am requested to type my email adress + password, and then a new page is opened that says "you have to configurate your 2 factors autentification an email has been sent to your mailbox",

The email is the same than the one already received, I am in the loop...

Welcome in Franz Kafka's world euh, sorry SAP.

It's not the first time I have troubles with this tool that I use once a year... really not user friendly.

 

So, if someone from SAP or somewhere else can help... thank you

Regarding authenticator app, you can download Microsoft authenticator or any other similar authenticator app on your mobile device. If you are doing this on web, then based on your browser you can download its respective authenticator app on laptop. Example, for chrome browser, download chrome authenticator, for edge - edge authenticator etc.

Hi Pooja, thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, I am in a circular loop : I am asked to activate the 2 factor autentification, I receive an email with a link, but once I have registered my mail & password, I have the following message : "we've sent you an email for your 2 factors autentification" etc ....
