@jwhitman Are you booking travel for all other employees? Are they then signing in and submitting expense reports after their business trip. 2FA is set up once and then the only change is providing the six-digit code as an extra layer of security. A lot of websites do this now, so I'm sure your employees have experienced using 2FA in other areas. Maybe? 🙂
The intended benefit is more secure data as the 2FA makes it so others cannot hack into your employees' accounts.
