Report Bursting Notification Configuration

We created a notification using report bursting that is sent to a domestic travelers 5 days before their trip. The email notification has information about what expenses they can use their company credit card for, how to use the mobile app to take pictures of receipts, how to download the TripIt app, emergency contact information, and more.  

We also created a notification using report bursting that is sent to international travelers 14 days before their trip. The email notification includes the information from our domestic travel notification, and information specific to international travel such as contacting our card provider to notify them of travel plans and how to reset their PIN.  

 These notifications were very helpful before COVID, especially for our infrequent travelers, and have become even more helpful as travel begins to increase.
