KEY HIGHLIGHTS

Legacy Travel Allowance (TA) will stop receiving rate updates on January 1, 2027. Customers who have not upgraded will no longer have access to Legacy Travel Allowance after April 15, 2027. It is essential for customers to upgrade ahead of these deadlines to avoid service disruption.

You can choose from the following upgrade options:

  • TAS Assisted or Generic Upgrade: available at no additional cost within standard scope.
  • TAS pre-configuration: we prepare a preview environment so you can review the service before upgrading.

What you need to do now: Submit a Support Case to request a TAS upgrade or TAS pre-configuration.
