unused ticket

hi i canceled a flight about a month ago and i see this unused ticket on my account. i am trying to book a new flight and i want to use whatever credit maybe on this unused ticket. How do i do this?

@paydr044 if the system shows you the unused ticket, you should be able to then book on that same airline. The unused ticket credit should be auto-applied to the new booking. If you want to make completely sure this happens, you can also call your company's travel agency and have them do it.
