unused ticket

I have a unused ticket that I need to use to book a new flight. What is the process to doing so. I can provide any and all information needed. Thank you.

Though I have been told there is an "automated" option to select an unused ticket to apply to a new travel booking I have been unable to find the setting in my travel config. I raised a ticket and was told it was not available. 

 I advise my travelers to enter in the comments to travel agency section (on the final booking screen of the new reservation) that they want to apply the unused ticket to the new booking.  

If anyone knows a better way please share with @calebowusu and myself.

@calebowusu I think the advice given by @aandersongkos is great. My only other suggestion would be to contact your travel agency directly.
