unable to booked flight and hotel using SAP Concur

I've been tried to booked my flight using SAP Concur, and SAP concur error cannot be use for booking

Hi Azmanna, that looks to me like you have some special characters in your profile or that one field (usually passport one) is not completely filed out. If you have your profiles and booking engine linked to Sabre you can also see exactly from where the error is coming from if you copy the profile in the GDS. If not it might be a STAR level 2 situation when you need to clear the Sabre filed in your profile. Hope it helps!
