@Jmetzga I looked at your profile and you have not been set up with the Travel permission. You will need to make a request to your company's SAP Concur site administrator. If you aren't sure who that is, sign into SAP Concur. If you see a section on the home page labeled Company Notes, click Read More to expand this down to see contact information for your travel agency. They should be able to help.
