travel booking conformation

yester day i book the air ticket but i am not received the invoice

@muralikrishnan did you receive confirmation that the air ticket was confirmed and ticketed? If not, it might still be in process by your travel management company.

I was able to reset my Concur account yesterday with the help of Brani Taylor.
