Can I rent a car for personal use during my vacation? is there any employee code for J&J or pls guide if & how to book the car?

Hello there,

This is a company specific question, as each company makes this decision as part of their internal policy and the contract with the Travel Management Company. In your company's Concur home page, hopefully there is contact information for your Concur administrator or your Travel Management Company. You would reach out to either of those teams to get an answer on personal travel.

@MMM the technical answer to your question is yes, however your company may not allow personal bookings to be done in Concur. You will need to reach out to your manager and ask them if it is allowed. 

If you have an assigned company credit card, it likely will be used to make the reservation. Just be sure to pay for the car on your personal card. This is assuming that your company gives you permission to make a personal booking.
