recent booking with AMEX travel (GBT) not showing in Concur

I booked international travel for my MD (for a trip in October) directly with an AMEX travel consultant.  When i logged into Concur today, why don't I see that itinerary in "Upcoming Trips?"

@Ronni555 if you booked on behalf of someone else, then you wouldn't see their trip when you log in to SAP Concur. They should see it in their Upcoming Trips. 

 

Am I missing something?

Hi Kevin and thank you for your response.  In the past, once I booked for my MD (I am the delegated Travel Arranger), I was definitely able to see her upcoming trips in Concur once they were booked. Why has that changed?

Hi Kevin, the same thing happened to me with one of my travelers.  I booked the reservation in Sabre yesterday but it does not appear in Concur under her trip library.  Can we sync it?
