luggage receipts

I have just returned from a trip to Mississauga, Ont. Before I left, I paid for my luggage and never received a receipt. The same thing happened when I left Toronto Pierson. Paid for the luggage and no receipt. I guess through my phone I entered the email address incorrectly. Is there any way that these receipts can be found? The trip was booked through Concur, so I am hoping to get this resolved fairly quickly.

@Oster70 did you pay for the luggage at the airport both times?

Luggage isn't purchased through SAP Concur, so there won't be a receipt available in SAP Concur. Your best option is to contact the airline directly.
