loyalty program of the "Louvre Hotels" group

Hello,
I don't know if some people in the community use the loyalty program of the "Louvre Hotels" group

In particular for Campanile hotels in France

The holder of their loyalty card is registered under a First Name + Last Name reference, for using the account
However, in the Concur-Travel module, you cannot use your First and Last Name in the account entry field...

Do you have a suggestion to link both ?

@aleskgui I'm not sure I'm following. Can you provide screenshots please? Are you saying that in Concur Travel you cannot enter first and last name into the same field? 

I'd need to see a screenshot to be able to possibly assist.
