listing my hotel

Hi, I was wandering if I can get help with this. we have a big crew working in our area which is Sparta, WI. there are 3 hotels in our area including ours but our website is not coming in SAP Concur and the company that is working in the area is using SAP Concur to provide lodging to their workers and we have to have that company business as well and we wanted to offer a negotiated rate to that company. but they said we have to go through concur. but I don't see a link or contact for where I can have my hotel listed there and have a negotiated rates for them. can anyone help me providing link or contact number to whom I should contact to have my hotel listed and give negotiated rates to those workers so I CAN HAVE THEIR BUSINESS?

@hp1888 hello there. Hotels are not added directly into SAP Concur. For your hotel to show in the Concur Travel search results, your hotel needs to be added to the Global Distribution System (GDS). Once that is done, the company whose business you want would need to add the negotiated rates you are giving them into their Concur system. I think the best thing to do is try and get this company to provide you with the contact number of their travel agency. They should be able to provide you with more details on how to contact the GDS. That needs to be done first and foremost. I have no idea how long the process takes to get your hotel added, but maybe the travel agency can tell you.

Either way, I don't believe this can be something you get done in a day or two. I don't want to be a Debbie downer, but I also don't want you to think you could get this done today. 🙂
