how do I use unused tickets

@lgreen I suggest contacting your company's travel agency to have the unused ticket credit applied.

I have the same question as above. How do I use an "unused ticket"? I would like more information than "contacting your company's travel agency", I booked the original ticket through Concur travel and would like to use it on a future trip.
