feature request: travel allowances to be included in estimated costs for trip

I have a feature request: please let me add daily allowances to the estimation of costs for the trip and even start a trip that way
It could help a lot with a better estimation of amount to enter into travel request for approval.

@gaspar, in our instance of Concur, we have this feature, so I imagine it is possible.
