Seem like an error in the connection between Concur and the booking system in the back end. I would try once more after some time to see if it goes away on its own. If it persists, my suggestion is to connect with your internal support team or contact your Concur administrator.

If it persists, you could also call your travel agency to see if they can figure out the issue. They can also get your car booked for you.
