Hi, I`m trying to book a car from AVIS in Italy. The following mistake appears after I select the car:

"The wizard number you entered in you Cliqbook profile is incorrect". I tried also to remove my Avis Prefered number but still not working.

Hi

Wizard is your personal Avis Client ID , your name and surname have to match to your name in Concur profile. Also double check your Wizard number you have stored under Frequent Travel program.

Check the Wizard number you saved in the Frequent Travel program.
