I've been learning the Concur Travel system for my job, and it strikes me as very strange that, when I enter the same query multiple times, it gives me different results every time I hit search.
Why would the system give me different results for exactly the same query?
I don't trust the system to provide me with accurate results if the results are not the same when I haven't even changed the query.
