When do Receipts from Concur Travel Populate into Concur Expense?

Hello. When will receipts move over once someone has booked a Concur Travel flight into their Concur Expense available expenses? 

As an admin, I allowed employees to expense future travel, but one employee booked a flight this morning and it is not showing up in his Concur Expense anywhere. Please help. Thanks

@acandy13 when airfare is booked, the travel agency needs to get the reservation request and get the ticket issued and confirmed. Once that is done, the e-receipt should show up in the user's account. It all depends on how long it takes the travel agency to get the ticket confirmed.
