What is POC in Trip Booking Information?

Hi all, I am trying to complete my first booking. I am on the "Trip Booking Information" screen and came across this box that requires a POC (see screenshot below). Does anyone know what this is or how to find it?

I decided to interpret it at point of contact. I put my supervisor's email address in all caps and the request went through. What a nightmare! Still not entirely sure if it was the right thing to do.
