Hello!

I am new to rates and inventory and was hoping I could get pointed in the right direction. Our independent hotel uses SiteMinder for our OTA bookings and we need to somehow load a CNR to Concur with a new company we won. I have reached out to SiteMinder support but have not gotten any helpful information. I greatly appreciate any advice on the best way to get this complete! Thank you!

@mbushell CNR is a negotiated rate, correct?

Negotiated rate codes can be entered into SAP Concur if you have the Travel System Admin role. Do you happen to have that role? Have you spoken with your company's travel agency?
