User upside rather than Corporate upside.

My experiences of Concur are very negative and 100% focused on Corporate tracking and cost savings ate the expense of a User experience, comfort or wider efficiency of travel.  I have been booked into hotels abroad that you would not go to without a police escort, and when a lot of travel disruption occurs its impossible to get an answer from anyone.

 

That said I see the positive comments, and increased partner app integration.  What is peoples perception of the Concur system today from a User perspective when compared to DIY planning?  Better, worse or net balance?

@KitMonster hello there. When you say "impossible to get an answer from anyone" are you referring to contacting SAP Concur, but not getting any response?
