User profile Incomplete

I have booked travel through Concur before, but now all of a sudden when i search for train tickets the error message "user profile incomplete" shows up, asking me to update my profile. All mandatory and some extra information has been added so i'm unsure how to fix this.

I don't have this issue searching for hotels.
