User having issues logging in

Hello,

We have a user in our system encountering this error:

I have verified his account information and see no discrepancies. User is reporting that they can log into Concur on their phone, but not on their laptop/desktop.

Please advise. Thank you!

@ianrau have them try these two options:

1. Clear their browser cache.

2. Try a different browser.

See if either of these two options help.
