Urgent! No Star Level One Help!!

Help! When I try to book a tour it keeps saying "no star level one." My company's support isn't getting back to me and I really need to book a flight ASAP. Can someone help?

@dreilly1 not sure if you were able to get this resolved, but you'll need to call your company's travel agency to get help with this.
