Updating Employee Position/Title

Hello. I'm unable to book a trip for my CFO as Concur is asking to update his position/title in his profile. I don't see a space to add this information. Thanks in advance for any replys.

@tbertorell0 Did you get this figured out? I looked up your company and I see a name of someone listed as the CFO, but their profile in SAP Concur is inactive. Did you get a new CFO recently?
