Solved: Update Reward Partner for Car Hire

I am unable to remove the rewards partner from my profile

I entered the number share d by Hertz, but is comes up as an error and am unable to book any car hire

Any advice?

@lroering what is the rewards partner you are trying to remove? Since you couldn't remove the rewards partner, is that why you then tried to add Hertz?

What are the order of the steps you tried?

Hello,

I am a delegate for my boss's travel, and I am trying to remove a Miles & More program from his account. It doesn't appear as a selection to delete but shows as an Alert for being expired. How can I get this removed for him. He doesn't see it as a selection to delete as either.
