United app connection

How long does it take to get the United app connection working? I need the connection to work to be able to get a discount for leisure travel as a benefit through work. I heard it takes 24 hours to get the connection functional and that I would get an email, but I haven't gotten that yet. Any advice on this?

@janechenliang are you referring to using the Enroll button on your travel profile? If so, I don't remember receiving any email confirmation that I did this. 

I take it you are trying to book directly on the United website, correct?

I am experiencing this same issue.  I used to have a 'corporate' fare option directly on the United website but it no longer appears.  Can you assist me in resolving this?
