Unable to book travel as delegate

Good Afternoon.

We have been trying to book some travel and have the appropriate delegations, however it will not work. Anyone having issues as well? We have reached out to our TMC with no luck. We book from approved requests and not able to even see the approved request. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
