Unable to book ticket on Concur.

Hi 

For the past two days I am unable to book flight tickets on the Travel tool. The system does not give the flight options once the travel information is submitted. Is any thing amiss here?

HI, Try expanding the time window, to +-6 or more for both onward and return sectors..

@Shabhin I was going to suggest the same thing as @SHA sometimes people don't notice that the default "window" is only set at plus or minus 2 hours. Increasing the window should do it.
