Unable to book hotel

I tried to book hotel and I am getting the following error.

 

We're Sorry...

We encountered an issue that prevented us from completing your request.
We were unable to book your hotel due to the following error from the reservation system:
			CHECK FORMAT

I tried in different browsers too.. Still unable to get rid of this issue.

Facing this issue from yesterday. I need to travel tmrw. Please assist asap.

Very late response and it is highly disappointing. 
No, it is not resolved yet. The issue still persists

Nobody ever tried to resolve this issue.

I had this issue today because I made a train booking, then tried to do a separated hotel booking (check format error) instead of opening the train booking and using the "add hotel" workflow (no error then)

I experience this problem today when trying to book hotel

 

I updated my profile, restarted my PC, tried to book different hotells however get same error. Please help.
