Unable to book Return tickets

I tried to book my travel tickets, but got error that unable to complete request and do not try to book again. I received my departing flight tickets and return tickets still not booked. Also, no details in upcoming trips. Now I need to proceed with retun ticket booking and hotel reservation. Please suggest?

@Harish_Baskaran did you try calling your company's travel agency? They are the best contact for issues such as yours.

Thank you for your support. Issue is resolved the next day
