Unable to add an assitant/arranger

Hi, a user is trying to add an assistant/arranger but is unable to do so. As the admin, I am able to but I wanted to know why they are unable to themselves. 

I ahve checked the permissions and they have the travel wizard and expense user rights so not sure what is causing this. When typing the name, nothing comes up but it does from the admins end.

@Kevpat without screenshots or knowing exactly what steps the user is taking, it will be difficult to provide an answer. On your end you checked the user's profile that needs to be the travel arranger, correct? You also tried adding the same person as a test and were able to see their name, correct?

The only thing I could do based on the information given is look a the profile of the person trying to add the arranger. You can send me a private message with their name if you would like.
