Unable to Input Two-Letter State Code and Save Profile Changes to Book Travel

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to book a business trip through Concur and am unable to do so. It seems prior to being able to book this travel, Concur wants me to use the two letter state code on my Concur profile. When I attempt to switch "Illinois" to "IL", the change does not seem to register when I click the save button.

Would anyone happen to know a work-around for this issue?

@michaelokeefe just leave the field blank. Make sure there aren't any other State/Province fields on your profile that are populated. The field ins't a required field.
