Unable to Input State Code and Save Profile Changes to Book Travel

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to book a business trip through Concur and am unable to do so. It seems prior to being able to book this travel, Concur wants me to use the two letter state code on my Concur profile. When I attempt to switch "Illinois" to "IL", the change does not seem to register when I click the save button.

Would anyone happen to know a work-around for this issue?

@michaelokeefe the first thing you can try is to leave the field blank. It is not a required field. Give that a try. Be sure to check your entire profile as there is at least one other State/Province field. I think it is found in the Emergency Contact section.
