UX Issue when there are no flights available for return trip

I ended up wasting many hours with the tool as it just sits at the flight-to screen incommunicado!

Only after talking to BCD I realized that it is a Concur issue. What's the point of using SAP/Concur if UX involved calling in during business hours to find the response to the user by the system?

This is a very basic flaw in terms of exception handling and needs to be fixed urgently!
