Trip summary booking a hotel, INDEX and PCA.

When booking a hotel, in the trip summary it ask for a required INDEX and a required PCA. What is suppose to go in those fields?

@mfabila141 those are fields added by your company so you likely will not get your answer here. Have you spoken with your direct manager about this? Another option is to call your company's travel agency to see if they can help.
