Trip not showing up in Concur Trip Library

I booked flight and Hotel through Concur, but no trips showing in my library.  The expense posted to Concur for my company card.  I checked the airline & hotel website and both have my reservation.  I also received confirmation email itineraries so the trip is booked.  It was in the queue 2 weeks ago, but is gone now.  Should I be concerned?

@RyanH I think that if you double-checked with the airline and hotel websites and they have the reservation, you should be good. Odd that the trip was there but then disappeared. I don't think I've come across this before.

 

I'll be curious to see what happens the next time you book a trip in Concur Travel to see if it will stay in your Upcoming Trips.
