Trip Overview Status

Hi All,

Our company recently started using Concur Travel. Under Trip Overview, the status of an upcoming trip is showing as complete which is a bit confusing. Does anyone know the logic behind this status?

In the below screenshot, the employee is scheduled to travel on October 15th but the trip status is showing as complete.

@Harsha from what I've read internally about Trip Status, many things mention statuses like Issue, Confirmed, Ticketed. My guess is this just means the booking is complete. I posted this question internally to confirm if my guess is correct or not. 🙂 Stay tuned.

@Harsha Alright, I receive the official answer. Complete means that all user required actions for this trip have been completed and all back-end processes of Concur Travel are complete.
