Travel sync

My loyalty member numbers are not being added to my itinerary. How do I correct this issue?

 

 

My plane seating selection is not being added to my actual airlines database and I am paying for it in concur. WHy is this occuring?

@armandoarango have you called your travel agency to see if they can help with the frequent traveler issue. 

 

As for the seat preference, I don't believe that feeds to each airline, but I posted the question internally to double check.

@armandoarango I did find out that adding your seat preference into your SAP Concur profile does not send that information to the airline database. For the other issue, check with your travel agency.
