Travel reports

On the travel report "User travel history" we have several lines that say "Not Ticketed".  I was looking into them and they all seem to be actual tickets.  I tried to find what Not Ticketed meant in any of the travel user guides but nothing was there. 


Can someone please explain.

I would also like to know what that means... but can´t find it anywhere.

@Angela1982 here is what I was pointed to:

In order for the Trip Status to update from Not Ticketed to Ticketed, the Travel Management Company (TMC) must place the booking on the Report Queue after the trip has been ticketed.
Travel agency did not place the booking onto the Report Queue after the trip has been ticketed, or the segment type is not valid for such status.
Trip sent to Report Queue was not successful, and it was moved to the Report Error Queue.
