Travel from Colombia to United States

Hello! I am trying to book a business trip from Colombia to US. I have a concur account and when I try to book in the system I am not getting options even though I know American Express says that there are flights available. I am not getting anything in the Concur page. I am based in the US, but I will be in Colombia while I have to come to the US for a business trip

@ClaraR I suggest calling your company's travel agency to get the booking completed. 

So I'm clear, you are able to put in a departing airport and an arriving airport with you travel dates, correct? Also, when you are entering in the flight search details, there are a couple of fields that have a plus and minus sign with a number. Can you tell me what the number is in these fields, please?
