@Sunnys your company has been configured to notify a traveler's manager for all bookings, so unless you make a request to whomever is your company's Concur Travel Admin, those emails will continue to come in.
However, Outlook has a setting to turn off adding events (like travel) to someone's calendar. The issue with this is, the manager will not have their own bookings added.
My Travel contact said to contact your company's travel agency to see if they can suggest something.
