@lrfano Since Meeting ID it a custom field, I'm speculating here as to where you can add it. When you log into SAP Concur, click Travel at the top of the screen. On the Travel home screen, click the Upcoming Trips tab. You should see your trip name. Click it to open the itinerary. I'm not sure where on the screen, you would see it, but when the Itinerary opens, look to see if there is a link for the Trip Details. I don't have a current itinerary so I cannot say for sure, but give that a try to see if there is an option to change the Trip Name or Details.
