Travel agent cannot see profiles unless specific Assigned Location.

Hi all,

I was under the impression that it was the Rule Class in a profile that determines who can view/process a traveller's booking, but our agent is telling us that they cannot see profiles because they do not have a specific Assigned Location.

Can anyone tell me where the settings/permissions might be to restrict access by Assigned Location?

@Neil_K I've not ever heard of this issue in my 15 years at SAP Concur. Seems like the Travel Agents could see anyone's profile.

I would suggest posting this question in the Admin Group to see if anyone there can provide some insight.

Our travel agent managed to resolve so I never really had it confirmed if the address was the cause or not. I suspect not.
