Travel Reporting

There has to be a default accurate report that shows users that are not booking travel via concur. I have played with a few reports but they are inaccurate. Any ideas out there?

Hello @Serskine

I don't think so. Or at least I haven't been able to find it.

If you need this exactly you can open a request in Customer Influence.

In our company, we have the Travel and Request module and we obtain the statistics of the use of each module by segment with the following reports.

In these reports the name and surname of the users also appear. But it's difficult to match it by user.

Request by segments and users:

Travel segments: here it’s not avalaible Rail (I open a Issue in Cusomer Influence)

And Rail, I get it in Concur Web (also you can obtain Airfare, Car)

Currently, we do the data crossing very manually.
And I suppose that soon I will make a small external satellite application to cross this data more automatically and see if I can show it by user too.

@Serskine Hello.

There is a Travel Report called User Concur Travel History Report that shows the booking source of a Travel Reservation.  Here are the steps to get that report but you must have the Travel Report permissions to be able to do so.  If you do not, please check with your Concur Admin.

To check the booking source of a travel reservation showing in Concur, you may follow these steps:

  1. Go to Home> Travel Reports or Reporting> Travel Report
  2. Select User Concur Travel History
  3. Search the user information
  4. Check the Booking Source column

You can also utilize Cognos (Intelligence Reporting) for this. There is a Booking Source data item that should show all the possible booking options.  If you do not have access to Cognos, please reach out to your Concur Admin.

Thanks so much, I am the concur admin. I am on the standard platform. I have reporting-intelligence but I am not seeing concur travel history.
