Travel Obligation

Good morning, 

I have a member that did not go on travel; however their Authorization has not cleared from my report.  It was approved, however the timelines last status states "EAI Offsetting Obligation Update".  How do I clear this document. Also, it is last year's document.  thank you for your assistance.

@dbm I'm not able to access your site due to you working for a government agency. In looking at your list of Authorized Support Contacts, I didn't see any that had Concur in their title. I would see if you can find out who your site administrators are and ask them. They might have to take some action on the item in question to get it cleared.
