Is there a number listed for your company's travel agency on the home screen? They should be able to fix this issue, or be able to book for over the phone.

@Nickname10 I would go with @JessicaL 's suggestion and call the travel agency directly. Most likely on the home screen of Concur, in the Company Notes section, you will see contact information for your travel agency.
