@T3ddy the travel approval emails sent to managers cannot be customized. The reason being, there is a "token" in the email we rely on to mark the PNR as approved or rejected. If the email could be customized, there is risk of people removing the token and therefore not having the ability for the manager to approve or reject from the email.
